Using the Member Portal

When you register to become a member at Conroe Office Solutions, you gain some level of access to our Member Portal. If you have simply booked a room or an event or purchased any of our day pass products, you are what is known as a “Contact” and have limited access to some features of the Portal. Members who have purchased membership contracts are full “Members” and gain full access to the Portal.

As a Contact or a Member, you have the same level of access to your Member Profile. While many of these features can also be accessed through your profile in the NexudusPassport app, this post will cover how to access/edit your account online.

Accessing the Portal

You can easily access the Member Portal through our main website header menu.

Once signed in, you can find all of your profile settings within the “My Account” menu.
