Last updated: June 1, 2020

Your health and safety are our top priority. Therefore, as we follow the quickly developing environment around COVID-19 we are implementing new policies to help us prevent the spread of the virus and limit the impact on our community. Thank you for reading this and supporting our efforts!

Following recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) we are implementing the following enhanced health and safety policies.

Signage

  • We have posted relevant signage in our shared space to remind workers of proper hygiene etiquette.

Social Distancing

We are strongly encouraging members and guests to avoid congregating in our common spaces and will try to accommodate any members or guests who ask to work or meet in isolation.

Further:

  • Our Shared Workspace is limited to 5 workers at a time. Work areas are spaced OVER 6 feet apart and separated by physical dividers.
  • Day Offices are limited to a capacity of one person at this time.
  • Masks must be worn in Conference/Meeting Rooms at all times.

Screening

Everyone wishing to utilize our facilities must be temperature-screened upon arrival and will be asked a few non-invasive screening questions pertaining to health, exposure, and travel.

Cleaning

  • We are committed to regularly wiping down “high-touch” areas such as door handles, copier screens, elevator buttons, and other common areas with disinfectant wipes.
  • We have several wall-mounted hand sanitizer dispensers located near high-traffic areas on our floor.
  • Workers will also be given a bag of sanitizing wipes to wipe down their station before and after use.
  • We have installed air purifiers in our lobby, shared workspace, and community kitchen to continually clean the air of bacteria, odors, and allergens.

Hygiene

  • Masks, gloves, and single-pack facial tissues are available in the Leasing Office free of charge to anyone using the space.
  • Wash your hands frequently and properly.
  • Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, not your hands, and use hand sanitizer regularly.
  • Please dispose of facial tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used facial tissues.
  • Refrain from touching your nose or mouth.

Kitchen

For the time being, all of our kitchen utensils, cups, mugs, and plates have been replaced with single-use items.

If You Are Sick

For the safety of our coworkers and community, we are asking members who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough and cold to stay home. Please! Not only is this common courtesy, it will help you recover more quickly and keep your immune system strong.

  • Please notify our staff if you are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space in the past 30 days.

If You Have Traveled

For our employees, members and guests. If you have recently traveled to high-risk areas (China, Italy and other areas as updated by the CDC), you are being asked to self-quarantine for 14 days – even if you show no symptoms – to monitor for any symptoms of illness. This may be extended to those who have traveled to other areas where COVID-19 is spreading.

  • If you have recently traveled internationally or may have been exposed to people traveling from affected areas, please monitor yourself.

If you are showing any symptoms of illness, we ask you to check with your healthcare provider. Please do not plan to return to work until you’ve been cleared and are no longer sick.

Thank you for putting the health and safety of our employees, members, guests and local community first!
