Using the Member Portal

Deliveries & Visitors

For Virtual & Cowork+ members, any incoming mail or packages will be visible here. Dedicated members will also be notified of over-sized package deliveries (mail & small flat packages will be delivered to your physical inbox without notification).

DISCLAIMER: To ensure mail and packages end up in the correct hands, please make sure they are addressed to one or more of the following: your provided suite number, your company name on file, or your given name on file. Any unidentifiable mail or packages addressed solely to our address may be returned or incidentally opened by our staff.

If you have booked a meeting area or day office, and are expecting visitors, we ask that you register any guests through the member portal (or app). Not only will you be alerted of their arrival, but it will also help us to point them in the correct direction if you are momentarily unavailable. Dedicated Members can choose to utilize this option at any time, but it is not required.
