Let’s Get Down to (Virtual) Business

Why do you need it?

Virtual offices are a great model for any home-based small business.

Mail Service

Most virtual offices usually include mail and package handling, allowing you to keep your home and business mail completely separate. At Conroe Office Solutions, we will receive mail for you and notify you when you have a delivery.

Better than a P.O. Box

P.O. Boxes are rarely an acceptable address when it comes to official documentation, i.e. business licenses or registrations. Additionally, most post offices won’t accept packages from UPS or FedEx on your behalf.

Customer/Client Relations

If your business receives customers or clients or if you find yourself needing to give your business’ address out to clientele and you don’t want them knowing where you live, an official-looking business address would be highly beneficial. It’s also quite useful when it comes to official documentation (invoices, contracts, purchase orders, etc.) being sent out to clients or vendors.

Out-of-State

If you regularly do business in another state or area within your own state, and need an address to grow your customer base, a virtual address would be your most cost-effective option.

Zoning/Liability

For LLC, S, or C type corporations, you could have certain liability protections voided if using your home address for business operations. In addition, some cities/states (and even HOA’s) have strict zoning restrictions for running a business out of your home.
